Throughout the day you must consume 3 liters of water.
First thing in the morning you take your nutrition, with some water and protein.
At Morning tea you have half a piece of fruit.
At lunch time you have a few supplements, protein (chicken, fish or red meat) and ONE vegetable.
Another half piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.
For dinner you have more protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable, plus some more supplements.
