Your Plan Could Look Like This

Throughout the day you must consume 3 liters of water.

First thing in the morning you take your nutrition, with some water, and 70g of protein.

At Morning tea you have half a piece of fruit.

At lunch time you have a few supplements, 100g of protein (chicken, fish or red meat) and ONE vegetable.

Another half piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.

For dinner another 100g of protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable, plus some more supplements.
