The Phatt 3 Step System Explained

The First Three Days

During this step you begin your health journey by eating from a list of approved foods and starting your nutrition. There is no need to calorie count for these 3 days. The focus of step 1 is to remove sugar and carbohydrates from your diet to begin to heal your gut. Step 1 prepares your body for Step 2.

Fat Loss & Detox

This step typically lasts for 27 days, however depending on how your body responds there is the option to extend Step 2 for an additional 10 days.
This is the detox and weight loss step, and your meals will be calorie restricted. It is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat. There is an easy to follow meal plan, and for anyone with dietary requirements a list of approved foods is also provided.
The nutritional supplements are imperative during this step as they sustain your energy levels and curb your appetite (in addition to their other roles). As Step 2 is allow calorie step it must not be attempted without the nutritional support.


This step varies in length depending on how many rounds of the program you choose to do. It is a vital step in your journey. This is where we teach the body to keep the weight off. This is the final link in the chain where the gut is fully healed.
There are some additional nutritional products, we re-introduce additional food groups into your diet, and increase the calories per day to begin to teach you how to live healthily for the rest of your life.

“Do I need to continue to take the supplements forever?”
“Will I put the weight back on afterwards?”

Many people choose to continue with the nutritional supplements, but it is not compulsory. The healing of your gut will teach your body not to store fat, and the program will teach you how to live for the rest of your life. You will start to listen to your body and treat it with the respect it deserves.

We suggest maintaining an 80%:20% rule after the program, whereby 80% of the time you eat from the Step 3 approved foods list, and 20% of the time you can play up… because now you have the tools to fix it!

Hello World – Welcome to my Phatt journey………
July 2017 – Bali, relaxing perusing Facebook I saw this photo & read the message – it was exactly how I had been feeling for 2 years since major surgery, fat & bloated.
Immediately, I messaged Janene who replied and gave me information and after reading I was keen to start as soon as I returned home.
We live remote NT and I needed to know EXACTLY what quantity of goods were required for the 3 weeks I was going to be home to start the 30 day Healthy Living Phatt program, together with the products, which I had delivered to a Darwin address for collection on my return date, amalgamated with all the groceries & what I didn’t have I went without. AS Terri says, if it’s not on the list it doesn’t exist.
Initially I was confused, excited and did not want to fail:-
What quantity & frequency of supplements – problem solved – Wrote on each lid B & L Breakfast & Lunch or L & D – Lunch & Dinner. Filled up 3 x 1 litre beautiful rainwater to drink daily. Cut up my Chicken & fish portions, wrapped in greaseproof paper & cooked lightly in the sandwich maker (we live bush, easy living, easy cooking) When I’d completed all the fresh greens I moved onto the frozen. I didn’t get bored with any of this, if anything I was so excited when I viewed the scales daily & after 3 weeks– painless & wonderful, I was down 10 kg and I still continued with the Healthy Living Phatt program to complete all the supplements, I drank the last of my delicious goop (I had as a “shooter” ) at Darwin Airport.
As we always stay at the same Hotel and the friendly staff know us well, some looked inquisitively at me as did others in the street and asked was I OK, I said I was. Later a friend thought maybe I had been ill to loose so much weight so quickly, I said no far from it. I am sad that I cannot offer this Healthy Living Phatt program to them also.
10 months later, I am still the same weight, my clothes slide on, some I have adjusted (run in) and have even lashed out & bought some new.
